Our story
Our cottages are crafted from 120-year-old reclaimed Javanese teak, giving each one its own warmth and character. Set on the quieter sunset side of Gili Trawangan, Gili Teak is a peaceful place to slow down, swim, eat well and enjoy island life.
We could fit more cottages on this plot. We chose not to. Crowded resorts are no resort at all.
The team is mostly from Lombok. Fish from the local fishermen. Vegetables from the next island. It's better food and fairer too.
Rain showers. Real linens. Strong wifi. Good coffee. None of the things that scream — all of the things that matter when you stay.
